Domain Name Services
As an ICANN-accredited registrar, 0.link provides domain name registration, renewal, transfer, and related services. All domain name registrations are subject to ICANN policies, registry rules, and our Registrar Accreditation Agreement obligations. You agree to comply with the ICANN Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) and any successor policies. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purposes or in a way that violates ICANN policies, registry rules, or applicable law. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: distribution of malware, spam, phishing, infringement of intellectual property rights, and abuse of WHOIS data.
Fees and Payment
All fees for domain registration and related services are published on our website and must be paid in advance. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in these Terms. You are responsible for all taxes and charges applicable to your use of our services. Details of fees, refund eligibility, and tax responsibilities are set out in Schedule B: Fees & Refund Policy.
Data Accuracy and WHOIS Obligations
You must provide accurate and reliable contact information for domain name registrations and promptly update it as needed. Failure to maintain accurate WHOIS data may result in suspension or cancellation of your domain name. See our Privacy Policy and Schedule A therein for details of required disclosures.
Suspension, Cancellation, and Transfer
We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or transfer domain names where required by ICANN, registry operators, court orders, or applicable law, or to protect the integrity and stability of the domain name system (DNS). Disputes concerning domain names, including suspension or transfer actions, are handled in accordance with Schedule C: Domain Dispute Procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property available through our website and services are the property of 0.link Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 0.link shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 0.link Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by ICANN, a registry, or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
