These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of WHOIS and Registration Data Access Protocol (RDAP) services provided by 0.link Ltd.
Permitted Use
WHOIS/RDAP data is provided solely for the purpose of assisting you in obtaining information about a domain name registration record. Acceptable uses include verifying the availability of a domain name, investigating possible trademark infringement, or contacting the registrant for legitimate purposes.
Prohibited Use
You may not use WHOIS/RDAP data for:
Commercial Solicitation
Sending unsolicited commercial advertising or bulk emails (spam).
Automated Data Mining
Automated queries, data mining, or harvesting for marketing purposes.
Data Redistribution
Repackaging, selling, or redistributing WHOIS/RDAP data.
Policy Violations
Using the data in a way that violates ICANN policies, applicable laws, or these Terms.
Rate Limiting
To protect system integrity, 0.link Ltd. applies query rate limits. Excessive queries from a single IP address may be temporarily or permanently blocked. Rate limits are currently set at 60 queries per minute per IP address (subject to change without notice).
Disclaimer of Accuracy
WHOIS/RDAP data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. 0.link Ltd. does not guarantee that the data is accurate, complete, or up-to-date, though efforts are made to comply with ICANN requirements.
Liability Disclaimer
0.link Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages arising out of use or misuse of WHOIS/RDAP data. Access may be suspended or terminated at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
0.link Ltd. may revise these WHOIS/RDAP Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted at www.0.link/legal/whois-rdap-terms.
